Not receiving my proof of income.

<p>Hi.</p> <p>I am wondering if you can help me please, I app**** for a Due South (The Foschini Group) account and I have submitted my bank statements, payslips and the income letter. I keep on getting SMS's to say that I have to submit the docs. And I have done so many times already. Can you please just let them know they must look in their emails for the information. I am not going to send it again as it was sent many times already. I keep on sending emails to the new account query email address with NO response. Can you please let me know when I will receive my card and or if I must go into the shop to collect it?</p> <p>Thank you, Regards.</p>
