NOT PAYING IT BACK

Good day,<br> <br> I have purchased an item on the 12th of December 2015. I returned the item on the 13th of December 2015 and asked for a refund. The lady swiped my Cheque Card and said that it would take 7-10 working days before it shows in my account. About a month later I called them back to ask why the money hasn't been paid back into my account as yet. She said that she will get back to me as soon as she finds out what the problem is. It's been 2 weeks l since last spoken to her and she still hasn't come back to me. I would really like my money to be paid back into my account as soon as possible as I feel it is your responsibility.<br> <br> Hope that you find this in order.<br> <br> Kind Regards.
