Not Impressed

The lady that works in the Clinique make up department made me buy the WRONG colour powder. .<br> <br> I am so disappointed as this make up is so expensive and now I can't use it cause it is too light for my complexion. .<br> <br> I don't understand why you hire people who are not properly trained :( now I have to suffer the consequences! Today 19-09-2015 I went back to explain try to explain the matter, despite my effort and petrol wasted she still gave me attitude. .<br> <br> Your staff is not properly trained and they have BAD ATTITUDE! !<br> <br> I'm not impressed at all, I mean we have faith and confidence that you would allocate staff that are well trained and we can trust their opinions..<br> <br> I wasted my money, time, petrol. .<br> <br> It's sad cause this affects Fochini as a Brand and not only the vaal mall branch . . I don't have the tiniest faith in fochini at all..<br> <br> It might not make a difference if I stop buying there. . But word of mouth spreads :(
