Not happy with TFG group for not delivering on their buy 1 get 1 free item online sale for 14/12/23

The TFG group on Bash app online have an online sale of buy 1 get 1 for free of which I managed to buy 2 bags of the same kind and after a successful purchase/ debit, more than an hour later I received an email of refund for the same purchases I made more than an hour ago as they cannot find the products they sold to me from their stores which makes one wonder why they would even make such a sale knowing very well that they do not have stock on it. I beyond angry as I used my last money to purchase these bags, I always hear people complaining about the Bash app which is for TFG group that they always advertise things they do not have in stock, as purchases always go through but when it is time to deliver they do not instead they refund, which even the money you will only get it after 5 - 7 days. At this point i do not want the refund but the bags that were sold to me
