Not happy at all

I had recently opned and acoount with them. I only bought once from the account and without even suing all the Credit i had received i had to pay the same day i had bough clothing items. Even after paying on this account i was told i have R0.00 Credit to buy, when i enquired about my account after 5 emails i was responded to 3 days after i enqired, i was told that the account was blocked because i am a contractor and do not have a permant job which i asked why after one month of oopening the account and the account being approved was the account than blocked. I was told that i need to provide new documents. I have asked how this is possible for them to approve the account and than a month later it was block i have not received any responses.
