Not giving feedback/bad service
I still have not received any feedback regarding debt on my name from apparently eight years ago. It's now been 2 months and no feedback even if they say they will contact you within 5 days of complaint. I am still getting the run around and I am still not on the system....Donna Claire or foschini group who ever do your work or employ people that has telephone etiquette and knowledge of your system. I need answers..
