Not getting help [Email Removed]

Donna Claire I have wronged you for not paying my account however now want to rectify my mistake and pay what I owe u but this experience I have got is completely unacceptable. I have since called your call center from Friday on this no *** to make payments arrangements but have been taking from 1 call center to another without any assistance all i'm asking is for some 1 to please assist while I can still afford to pay to please call me with sufficient information who to call who to contact and what to do next oh and by the way the same Friday when I called in I spoke to a lady called Sino who said my account has been removed as they couldn't reach me I don't need to make payments but I'm not going to hold on that if I need to pay then be it reference for the call is 11511e01, my ID
