Nonsensical Service

I've just experienced the worse shopping experience in the service of Thulisile from springs mall. She works in the perfume department but has zero etiquette. The attitude is stinking for no reason at all. We greeted politely but she was rude from the onset. Was disinterested in serving us, we had to shout our requests out loud whilst she was immobile like a tree next to the till. She treated us like we are there to beg and not buy. Please take her for customer service training. Not one person should experience such a service on a good day, for no reasons at all.
