nonprofessional at its best

On the 30th of November they sent my husband an sms that they have extended their working hours from 09:00 am to 20:00 pm. We then went to that Foschini in Centurion Mall an we were travelling from Kempton Park. When we got there it was 19:10 pm and we found this sales person by the door busy on his phone. I greeted him and asked him why they were closed because they close at 20:00 he just told me they are closed looking at his phone and he knows nothing about the sms. He did not even apologize or show some remorse, imagine all the petrol and time wasted....poor marketing and unprofessional staff.
