None return of a \not working phone\""

I am deeply concerned about the service I received at Foschini Quagga Centre in Pretoria West. I bought a phone in December 2015 and the phone couldn't connect to the internet. Apparently this is the common problem with most of the windows phones. I sent it back and was told the supplier will do the repairs. Today is 01 February 2016 and nothing has ever happened. when I called today (01 February 2016 - 11:29) the lady was so rude to even tell me there is nothing they could because the yare waiting for so called supplier. She even went on talking to others while I was holding, how rude.<br> <br> Part of my request has been that they can take back the phone and ill buy a more reputable brand than so called HI windows phone (*******).
