Non existent EMAIL customer service

On their website it gives the customer service email address. I mailed them regarding insurance that was canceled Feb 2022 a still being billed to my account so now they canceled the insurance without contacting me and no credit to my account and most importantly no apology nothing. Email sent and I get the automated response. Only to find 1 day later an email stating my query has been resolved and thats about the only response I got not very good customer service from a company that makes such alot of profit.

This automated response stating the query has been resolved with no other contact or correspondence back is not the first time this has happened. In this day and age they need to up their game in customer service and leave the low service delivery behind
