Nokuthula the disrespectful teller in Newcastle Foschini

Good day,I would lExperienced the worst service from a teller at Foschini in Newcastle who goes by the name Nokuthula.We were in a line waiting to pay and she kept pulling customers from a DIFFERENT line and when we questioned her about it,she claimed that she couldn't see us yet we were right there and she was blatantly ignoring us.At some stage she was so dismissive to a point where she said "khululeka" which translates to "relax" while she deliberately made us wait.Her behaviour was intentional and she didn't see us as people.I'm so annoyed with her condescending tone and dileberate belittling of us because she had absolutely no respect for us probably because we were young.

My case is supposedly resolved with an email stating that the matter WILL be dealt with and that the manager would love to meet me.How is that a conclusion?I will never even know if the matter was dealt with and Nokuthula will continue disrespecting people.You could tell that she knows that she's untouchable with her deliberate disrespect infront of all customers and her colleague.She literally sidelined us despite her colleague backing the fact that we were in the line FIRST,she still insisted on putting people infront of us!Her colleague,who I appreciated,even said we must come to her and she will help us. Her disrespect was intentional and out of this world!
