no stock on hi online, online store

Hi, <br> I had an enquiry about the Samsung note 3(white) that is not in stock at the online store. I have an account and would like to order one that has to be shipped to bloemfontein for me. Phoned and the consultant told me that she can not see what stores have stock and can not give me a date to when the stock will be coming in. Not prepared to walk the extra mile at all.
