No SKU number on the tag

I have called the call center several times, I have checked online, I have called the stores and no one is able to help me with a jacket that I am looking for. I have the actual pic of the tag, but no codes are picking up and there is no SKU number. How am I supposed to get it. This is so frustrating. I don't think its the staff's fault because there is no SKU number of the actual tag and how are we supposed to find what we are looking for? This is pathetic and ridiculous. Foschini must do something about this because it's unacceptable.
