No service during lunch times

<p>Have u ever heard of a shop thats closing for lunch times like its a factory. This is what happened to me today. Went to the Fashion Express PE Rink Street shop and the store was closed for "lunch" Sies!!! Called Customer Service and i was put on hold forever....This is not on!!!</p> <p>Is this a norm? Its the first time ive ever experienced this. </p> <p>Please get in contact with the Regional Manager of that store to fix this as u have just lost a client. There were a queue infront of the store at that time. So whilst your staff were enjoying lunch they cost your company money.</p> <p> </p>
