No service at DC

I have visited the Kolonnade 3 times over the past 2 weeks. Every single time the ladies in the store (especially at the pay points) are unfriendly, not greeting the customer, dragging their feet when they have to come and help at the paypoint. These ladies are really giving overweight ladies (like myself) a bad name. It seems they are lazy to help, lazy to greet and they can hardly reach to take the money/card from the client. Serious attitude problems in this store.
