No service at all

I'm utterly disgusted at the service I received at Foschini today I waited 30 minutes just to be help.<br> There was a lady with a turquoise jacket that couldn't carless working past be as if I don't exist.I than when down to buy makeup and when I got back the same thing happens. I ask her can someone help and she says I must go to the counter and ask for help while she is just standing around I have never heard of such thing that you send your customer around to beg for service.when I get to the counter the lady said she will call someone to come and help a the jewelry counter yet I waited long.while I wait there comes a lady dressed in black she is busy on the PC at the jewelry counter but never bothered to ask if I need assistance.I than asked the lady in the turquoise jacket if I will be able to get help today still and with attitude she says but I told you to go to the counter and ask for help I told her I'm going to report this because the customer service is pathetic that I have to 30 min to be assisted while she is just standing around not doing anything to find me assistance.I than asked where is the manager and she couldn't even answer me, eventually another lady come to help
