No Service

Good day<br> this is really sad to put this complain in, On Saturday i Paid my Monthly installment with my Account Card. Yesterday i went and do some purchase with my Account card, But could not been read on the Machine, The assistance try to get hold of the Customer Service to assist me put this through, and arranged for a new card but for an half an hour at the till no one answer this call, she said that they struggle the whole day to get hold of their customer Service Centre with no Luck, how it this possible for a Big Company who do not have any one at the Service desk, really un acceptable. The Assistant who helped me was friendly, but your Customer Service are very poor<br> Dont know why i had the Account as i had to paid cash on the end of the day
