No return call

I last spoke to an agent about my issues with my Springbok players jersey. I ordered it last year in April and only received it in June. 3months after ordering and almost two months after it was released. I had an issue with the first jersey which was resolved quickly by Cameron. I asked him to report to the management that I was happy with the new jersey yet I wanted feedback from them on the delay of my order. I am still waiting for a response. This is very bad service
