NO RESPONSE REGARDING PAID UP ACCOUNT!!!

I had an account with Foschini which I had run into arrears with and was handed over to MBD legal.Last year September I called MBD Attorneys to settle the account and was given the outstanding amount of around R5000 which I paid and sent through the confirmation so that I could be cleared off the credit bureau.To my surprise in Feb this year I checked my credit report which states that I still owe Foschini money!!! I called through customer care and spoke to a consultant who claimed that maybe I paid an insufficient amount therefore that could be the reason as to why I had not being removed from the ITC.I thereafter spoke with BURTON NOORMAN who said that he would have to check with MBD and get back to me.It's now a month later and not MBD OR FOSCHINI have come back to me on this matter!!! I cannot understand how a company like Foschini can allow an *********** legal agency like MBD to handle the collection of their monies when they can't even keep track of customer payments.I paid the outstanding amount in September 2014 and according to Foschini they have only received an amount of R2000. How is this possible?? I want this mess to be cleared up as I am now fed up of waiting!!
