No respect for customers!!!!

Today I was really shocked at the way I was treated and how the manager as well as her staff has no respect for their customers. Firstly when I walked up to the fitting rooms there was a guy manning the entry. This normally is not a problem. The problem came when the manager walked into the fitting rooms and opened the curtain where I was busy fitting. Just after that a second lady came into the fitting room and also opened my curtain with a broom in hand. I never felt so humiliated in my life! I was naked first of all and secondly there was a guy just outside my door! Both of them never asked if there was someone in the cubical before opening my curtain!!My second bad experience was at the pay point. I waited more then 10 minutes with no one at the tills. A lady came from the back and asked if I was helped. She then helped me and was very nice. While I was waiting to pay she spoke to an other staff lady now also at the tills and said so her this was a regular thing.It seems like there is NO management at this store. They really treat their customers badly and I can't see myself buying from this store again. I can imagine that they will soon be out of business!!
