No respect for clients 2 itc checks done only 1 was given permission

recently app**** for a fabiani account but I was made to be a ******** and inconvenienced I was promised a voucher for the inconvenience which to date I have not been contacted.Now I find out that tfg has done 2 credit enquiries on my name on the 13/12/2022 and agin the 23/12/2022 which is now lowering my credit score,I only gave tfg permission for one credit check to be done now.they have done it twice if the second enquiry is not removed from my name asap I will report this to the regulator and lodge a complaint with the credit ombudsman and take legal.actuon against tfg.
