NO REPLY

TFG is one of the companies that ignores your mail or take forever to reply.

I send them a mail on 14 July to assist me with a online purchase for everytime i type in my voucher number it gives me a error, I got a reply op 23 July and heard nothing again from them.

I know most companies work with less staff,but whu take sooo long to reply?

This is my second time that I have send mails and no reply
