No pargo code poor customer service

I've placed an order at foshini online, I've been getting unnecessary messages during the week with false updates regarding my order,and then my order finally arrived at Centurion mall I havent received my pargo code to collect my parcels I've been trying to reach out on Twitter (pargo) Facebook page foshini and emailed their customers service with no luck.. I'm tired of begging foshini to send pargo code for the things that I have paid for... I regret the day I made online purchases at foshini...
