No paid-up letter provided and instruction to itc
I had an account with Foschini and it went into arrears, they kept calling me every day for the payment and now I have settled the account but they refuse to give me a paid up letter and to send instructions to TransUnion to update my credit profile. I have called Foschini numerous times and they keep on promising that they will send to me and they will send instructions but nothing has been done up to so far
