No one will help us

Hi there,<br> <br> My mother has an MTN anytime 50 topup contract with Foschini. <br> <br> I have given her an iphone 5 as a gift. As you know, iphone 5 uses nano sim. So she went on Sat to get a sim swap to start using her new phone, to get told Foschini only does micro, not nano. She goes to MTN who wont help her because its a Foschini contract. So I went in myself today to try and do this, your staff would barely help me, firstly, secondly, just gave me a number and told me to call head office.<br> <br> Why are they not calling, and sorting this sim out, why should she do it, or me? This is a contract with your company, they should be sourcing a nano sim and doing the sim swap. I find this so ***********! Can someone please sort this out. And get back to her asap.<br> <br> Thanks
