No money to refund customers!

Good day

I have purchased an item at Foschini. I have been to the Eikestad Mall store twice this week to return the item for a refund and I have been told both times that they do not have money to refund me and I must return on another day. Meanwhile the 30 day return period is getting close and by the time they DO HAVE money in their shop, it will be too late to return the item that i have purchased! It is unacceptable that a customer is being sent away because the shop doesn't have money to refund. It costs me money for transport to return to the shop each and every time, just to be told they cannot refund me. This is an unacceptable excuse and I have never in my life experienced such pathetic service from any store.
