No Money in Tills So I was REFUSED A REFUND

<p>I visited the FIX STONE IN RANDBURG TO RETURN ITEMS AND WAS REFUSED A REFUND BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CASH IN THE TILLS!!!! I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK AGAIN!!! I had paid with a cash card and told that if I did not choose other items, I would have to come back. So who pays for my petrol the second time? ? Totally unbelievable. The attitude of the lady that helped me was atrocius and disgusting as she totally embarrassed me in front of all the customers in the store..This happened on the 24th of May 2016. I am also going to get my lawyers to further advise me on what to do..poor poor service..The Foschini Group is awful. . </p>
