No Interest in solving account issues!

I reported that i have been charged for things that doesn't exist, although i pay the account, the balance keeps going up without any explanation. Attempts to get foschini / collecting agency to explain the charges fallen into deaf ears. <br> There is an amount of +-R600 that is unaccounted for, neither the 2 parties are prepared to tell where it comes from. All they want is customers to just pay.
