No good received but Money taken

I Shannon Jade Barris, would like to express a true feeling of the uttermost disgust and disgraceful service rendered from Foschini Cresta center, on the 21 May 2021 I tried swiping for a jacket of R699. 00 the transaction did not go through apparently on there side but was reserved for purchase on my side, and was later banked from my account on the 24th, I was told by one of the foschini representatives, to send them my bank statement, and wil be contacted, regarding a refund, to date, I was never contacted. I am shocked as I did not receive take the goods on the 21 May, I demand my money back
