No follow-up on account application
I app**** for a foshini card and submitted the required documents 2 weeks ago after receiving an email with vouchers. To this point I have not received any acknowledgment from foshini and when calling no one can confirm that the documents were received. The documents submitted were of a very personal nature and this is unprofessional
