No floor staff to assist

Like this is the weirdest thing ever . I visited the store recently and wanted a shoe . I waited like forever for someone to help me . When finally the lady came out of the store room I asked for help she walked away and laughed . So I left the shoe as there was no one to assist and left the store this was in centurion mall. The next day I went to menlyn and again there was no floor assistants . What the heck is going on with foschini stores . Then when u all going down the gutters u want to know why. And Luella has lovely shoes unfortunately ****ty staff.
