No Feedback, Time wasting

I app**** for a Foshini account last year November 2014. I never received any feedback so I took my application was declined. Last week i again app****. I was told that my application was unsuccessful as I already had an account with Foshini????? So it appears that my applicatiojn from last year was approved but I was never informed. I was advised by one of the agents that I should try appliying for an account at the other groups. So i tried Sportscene. Called the ***number after I did the online application, they did the credit check and said that I will receive an sms by the next day of the outcome. Well I was not suprised that I didnt receive an sms. So I called today to find out the status of my application, and to my dismay they did another credit/ security check. This is really getting annoying and I am running out of patience. My time is being wasted and all I want is an account at Foshini. Why is this so hard??
