I have put in a claim on the 18th December 2015 for a ****** cellphone, all the documents was submitted and everytime I phone or go to the store Leonie cannot give me a answer as to where this claim is currently and I get promised to be phoned back which also does not happen. DOES IT REALLY TAKE 3 MONTHS TO GET A CLAIM SORTED!!!
