no feedback

i only received a feedback once from donnaclaire stipulated that they will get back to me since the last conversation on the 19th i havent heard any yet- why the slow service what is going on with my complaint - meanwhile i need to walk bear food because they do not come back with a solution. i spoke to patience said she is going to search for the slip although i do have my slip in my postion but she have not phoned back stated this is the outcome or we can not find anything my query happend on the 15 nov 2015
