On the 13 of December i bought a pair of black capri like pants as well as a black swimsuit from Donna Claire. The next day we left for holidays. The very first time i put on the pants it tore right across my bum and please note it fitted me. I lost the slip but can show the transaction on my bank account and immediately send a complaint. Till today a month later I havent heard a squeak from them. I PAID in excess of R300 for that pair of pants. All DC stores also barely ever have stock especially in Jeans in size 28 and for the rest the shirts are so boring no more nice casual printed tshirts and everything is to short for fat bum that need covering up. It looks like a rake thin person with no idea about how it is to be plus sized who designs the clothes. And then for that short tshirts and stuff you have to fork out R400!!! I think i will rather move my account to another place that really caters for larger woman. And you are the only place not sending email statements automatically. We have to phone in and ask for it. Please dont phone me. Email rather if somebody will ever be good enough to answer this complaint.
