No exchange for bad quality and dangerous Luella sandals.

I am so disappointed with the service I got from Fochini protea glen mall. This is the second time I am experiencing bad service when returning or exchanging good. First I couldn't exchange my staff because I lost my slip which can be easily recoverable. But they said NO. this time I bought luella sandals and I wore the sandals for les than 30 minutes and took them off because they are slippery and I nearly only to be told I bought the wrong fit. I tell the sales lady that I nearly fell because of these shoes and she NO. What am I supposed to do with these shoes. Because I swear next I am going to break my leg. The sandal quality is bad. And I deserve my money back. And I don't think I will be buying there anymore. In this day I don't expect to have issues when I exchange sandals that are of bad quality and are dangerous. Had I taken these sandals back to Fochini Sandton I know I would've never experience this type of bad service. Date of bad service 02.11.2024 time: between 15H00 and 15:30
