No Ethics and no service

I cant believe these people in July 2018 I settled my account with a 20% discount they offered me a year later after getting declined for all credit checking my report these people are holding me liable for the 20% discount they offered on there system . I have disputed this and still no luck I have now taken them to NCR & the oumbads man. I have all the evidence and its like they just dont want to help or respond or anything . Never ever will i support and of the TFG group stores you guys are *****s and have no work ethic . I will take this as far as i can and you will be liable for all costs involved I will not let this go you guys are messing up my life literally I cant buy a car or make any credit due to your incompetence. IM FED UP !!!!
