No emphaty by for bew customers

So i app**** for a foschini account my account was approved i indicated that i lost my id but i have a drivers licence and my passport as i do have a copy of my id still i can bring everythibg to them. So my account was approve for 10800 rand credit limit i contacted the customer service department they indicated that i can go with my pas****rt and speak to the manager tosee if she is willing to assist me. The assistant went to the manager and after along while she indicated that manager says no but there is the reguonal manager i spoke to him he did not even try to assist clearly ibdicated no. I got so upset and said they need to cancel my account. The sales assistant indicate it will go off the system by itself. Foschini sanlam center has no emphaty for new customers.
