NO DELIVERY AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I ordered 2 bags on the 30th June 2020 and then 1 arrive on the 8th July and on the 9th July I get a message to say the other one it's handed over to courier, weeks passes no notifications, so I call the customer care on the 20th July, spoke to an agent whom advised me that she will follow up and an email will be sent to me, ohk so I wait again.. Dololo response. 27th July call again same thing happens where they don't have an update on my order. So I call again on the 31st of July requesting a refund, I even sent an email but still not getting any joy.. Apparently my order coming from the menlyn while I am I am based in mamelodi so not sure if my parcel needed to go oversee first before delivery cause shame going for 2 months of waiting... My order number : TFG order p***. I am tired of the pathetic service, I regret buying from u guys and want my money back ASAP.
