No delivery

Im writing this review to express my disappointment i have incured due to Foschini.

I placed 2 online orders on the 30th of april and 1st of may for 2 cellphones which are deemed essential items during this lockdown.

It has now passed the delivery date on which i supposed to receive my goods . I have emailed the customer care but no response .

I urgently need those phones as i am in a predicament at the moment .

Please help me get my orders delivered immediately.
