No Customer Service Offered for Account Closure

Good Day<br> <br> I have been trying to close my Foschini account for some time now with no success. <br> <br> The customer service line is completely useless having me hold for up to 10 minutes at a time without any answer. There is also no option available on the automatic telephonic assistance to close ones account.<br> <br> Even the head office staff have no interest in customer concerns upon hearing them, as they simply refer you back to the highly inadequate call center.<br> <br> I am so disappointed in the service awarded to customers from this retail store - after more than 10 years of holding their account and support, I am truly saddened and distressed by the appalling treatment towards loyal customers.<br> <br> <br> Regards<br> <br> <br> <br>
