NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Still no proper response from the so-called customer care department at the Foschini Group. Got a call and a promise to escalate my problem and get back to me. Had to call because never got a response back and was promised yet again that it would be looked into and receive a call back... NOTHING!!<br> <br> I first reported this on the 4th of JULY and the efficient and customer service driven Foschini Group have done Diddly Squat. Either you have so many irate customers or you just don't give a damn. I have news for you. You are not the only show in town. Please don't insult me by responding to this report because we both know that it will just be lip service and nothing will come of it. <br> <br> I just want other consumers to know how you treat loyal customers that PAY!
