NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM FOSCHINI

<p>My account ( ********** ********** ) has been paid in full, but I keep on getting calls and SMS notification that I should pay R 32. I went to a branch in Springs the lady was helpful, although my problem was not sorted. I was told that it was for insurance on a phone I took back in 2012. I was not aware of the insurance taken on the phone, no documents were sent to me. that means all this while I was paying for the insurance on my account. I was later told to come back on the 12th of May 2017 if this problem persisted. and again I received an SMS stating that I should pay this R 32.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really frustrated the resources spent going to and forth to your store for a problem that cannot be resolved. I would like all these R 32.00 to be paid back!</p> <p>I still have not received any correspondence from Foschini, and every month I keep on getting messages that I should pay this R32. PLEASE REPLY AS THIS IS ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING!! </p> <p> </p>
