no compensation for faulty watch
I bought a children's magazine for my daughter at PnP where she entered a competition and won a Tiny Track smar****ch through Foschini. The watch turned out to be faulty and Foschini said they would collect it and credit my account to the value of the watch. This was last week. Today Wynn Wakefield emails me saying they don't credit bank accounts but only Foschini accounts. Why do you people sell a magazine at PnP that is open to the public when you know very well that the mag only caters for your account holders? What am I supposed to tell my 11 year old? Do you have a clue hoe excited she was when that watch was delivered and how much she cried when we realised that it was faulty? I want to buy my daughter something to compensate her for that watch. I need your urgent feedback. This is unacceptable; playing with children's feelings? Sies man!
