No compassion, no dignity...

My mother has had foschini account for almost 40 years, she has been an excellent client for the best part of it...however over the last 5 years after having 2 strokes, and not being able to work (domestic worker) anymore and having to receive social grants she shas struggled with them.

She is a proud woman and explained her situation to them, but not even considering het loyalty over 4 decades, they handed her over to attorneys and she could only afford the minimum payments ... over 4 years even after paying minimum due her account balance has only increased...

If this is how they treat clients who have been with them for so long ... its a crying shame.
