No Cash Refunds

Degrading. That's how I felt. I purchased more than R 7 000 Donna clothing at Foshini Highveld Mall. Cash. Not credit. Cash. So what a suprise when I wanted to return ONE item a few days later to the value of R 239.00 and was told that they don't have cash to refund me. I have to find another item on the floor to exchange it with. Oh and that's not all. I CAN'T buy any Foshini labelled item - it HAS to be a DONNA item!?!?! That's ridiculous! If they had the cash to refund me I would've been able to actually buy something I wanted and probably would've spent a little more. But then the comment from the cashier to her supervisor "Fat white woman there..." when she had to explain to the supervisor why I am asking for a refund... That made my decision to NEVER support Foshini again. I would rather take my business to Milady's. So head's up ladies - don't buy cash from Foshini. They can't refund you. Not even R 240 at 12:00 in the afternoon. Oh and beware if you are anything bigger than a size 14. You are referred to as FAT by there staff. Not to mention the ****** remark. I am sure my "fat white woman" money can buy exactly the same things as anyone else!
