No Assistance

To whom it may Concern, yesterday i went shopping at Foshini Galleria, but i didn't receive any service at all, went to the underwear section to do my shopping , and i asked the lady that work's at the department to please assist me and measure my Bra size, she told me i need to come back some other time because she has already logged off, not even asking someone else to assist me with my request, what she did was left me standing without anybody assisting and i had to go because no one was interested to assist me..The service received was shocking and i don't think i will ever go and shop at Foschini by galleria any more, because you are treated like dirt as if you don't have anything else to do, you just need to come back some other time...who is paying for my petrol to come back just because they didnt want to assist, and i'm sure it doesn't even take 5 minutes to do the size check...i'm so disgusted about the service...Mind you the store was still open and it was 18:00 yesterday, according to my Knowledge the store closes at 19:00 and they should be someone to assist until than...i hope this doesn't happen to another customer..or maybe i wasn't important to them anyways..
