No answer from customer care

I am trying to get assistance through the customer care line. My first call was after 4pm so the message said they close at 4pm. I then phoned yesterday at 15:45 held on for 15 minutes and then the call just went dead, so seems when it is 4pm even if you are in the queue your call just gets dropped. I then phoned today again at 3pm held on for 17 minutes and once again the call just goes dead. I then phoned now again at 15:25 and wondering if this call will also go dead.<br> <br> When they advise you on the phone that if you no longer want a product you can simple call there call center to cancel it but NEVER do they mention it will take you hours to get hold of them. <br> <br> I am very disappointed with this service and should not call it customer care if your customer cannot even get hold of someone to assist. I do not want a call again for any of the products you offer again.
