Nightmare

<p>my foschini account became in arrears after I lost my job and once i got a job , i made an effort to make an arrangement but however i paid even sometimes more but everytime i see on my statements that I am being charged for sms,collection letter and phone calls but however i do not receive letters but only emails. my issue is how am i suppose to finish the account if am being charged extra every month though i made an arrangment this is ridicolous. i cant wait to pay it off once am done i dont want to do anything with foschini ever again in my life. this is the worst retail store ever.</p>
